1. All materials, including messages, and other communications, contained at "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM" are not intended to be "adult material" or "sexually oriented" and do not intentionally violate any community standards or any federal, state or local laws or regulations of the United States of America to the best of our knowledge, but persons under the age of 18 are cautioned to obtain parental permission first before viewing.

You hereby acknowledge:

You hereby further affirm and warrant that you are currently over the age of eighteen years and are capable of lawfully entering into this agreement.

2. Some or all of the following fees and charges may be incurred by the Subscriber:

a. Subscription Fees. Price are subject to change at any time and vary depending on which billing option is taken.

b. Other fees and/or charges for goods and services ordered at, through and/or from "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM" and its licensees, either as special subscription options, downloadable materials, or mail-order items.

3. Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM" of apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM" is notified, by conventional mail, electronic mail, or web site form, of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM".

4. Subscription to "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM" may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM" or Subscriber, upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone. Termination of access is effective 30 days from the most recent bill date, if the subscription is cancelled by the Subscriber. Termination of access is immediate if membership is revoked due to violation of this Agreement, or if the payment for subscription is denied by the billing processor, or if the initial payment is charged back.

5. "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM" does not fully or continuously screen all indirectly-linked websites accessible through link-lists on its Links page. Subscribers are therefore advised to use their own judgment to evaluate all third-party communications available indirectly through the use of "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM" Links page, prior to purchasing goods and/or services, engaging in discussions, viewing content, or following hyperlinks to other websites. Inappropriate or illegal content at linked locations should be reported to "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM" ASAP to allow us to remove links as necessary.

6. All materials included at "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM" are for the private use by Subscribers only. No other uses are intended by "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM" and any other use is strictly prohibited without express and advance written permission from "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM". 8. You agree that you have hereby been informed and noticed that any and all messages and other communications which you submit to "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM" directly can be read by the operators and/or other agents of "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM", whether or not they are the intended recipient(s). You also agree that you have hereby been informed and noticed that any customers who sign-up, download and then ask for a refund, whether via chargeback or cancelled check transactions, will be listed in our "dead beats" list, which may include notification to credit agencies and/or publishing of name and other details pertaining to the individual. If you believe that you have a valid reason for refund of membership fees, you are encouraged to contact "DOTCOM-ARCHIVE.COM" with the details of your membership and details of your refund request. In the case of valid reasons for refund request, we shall assist you in obtaining a refund without effecting your credit rating or credit card 'chargeback' record.
